No: It would be criminal not to use an evidence-based, 21st century treatment for something this deadly. Ayurvedic remedies are interesting but are at best adjuncts. If a person is crippled or brain-damaged after being poisoned with thallium, a variety of "alternative" / "complementary" medicines may make a person feel better or give hope / a sense of power. But don't expect any to remove thallium.
