History and physical: Your doctor will want to review health history, medication and immunizations, and perform a physical exam and perhaps a Pap test. Screening tests may be ordered including mammogram and blood tests, as indicated by the medical history.

Normal Physical: for her age will include full examination, breast and pelvic examination. Pap smear, Mammogram and colonoscopy may be ordered
