Probably not.: The SAP-5 usually tests for cannabis, amphetamines, opiates, pcp, and cocaine. An "ecig" or electronic cigarette will have nicotine in it.. Nicotine is what is found in tobacco and ecigs are a tobacco substitute. If you are actually using a vaporizer with Marijuana in it then it will result in a positive test since that would result in canabannoids in the urine.

If you have any: CBD in the vapor it will likely show as a positive for marijuana. Most screening tests cannot differentiate from among the many cannabinoids.
