I sweat alot. is there any advice to minimum the sweating level.

Sweating: There is a condition called hyperhidrosis. It is felt to be caused by hyperactive sweat glands. You sweat even in regular temperatures.There are multiple treatments and you should see your doctor. I would start with a 'clinical strength deodorant. 10-20% aluminum chloride, but this will only help under arms. Most people with this have sweating elsewhere, too.
