See a psychologist.: No one needs to live with symptoms that interfere with their happiness and daily functioning. Seeing a psychologist for a full evaluation is the best way to determine what needs to be done, ie, treatment or treatment and medication. At that point, engaging in ongoing therapy would be in your best interest.
