I have fell and hit my shoulder and neck i am having problems with my neck poping..pain and tingling in my neck and and can't move i a laying positio?

See Orthopedic: Some cases resolve on their own with pain management like Tylenol (acetaminophen) and occasional ice and heat. If that is not the case then certainly an orthopedic doctor evaluation would be appropriate.

See your doctor.: My advise is that you see you primary care physician for further work up like imaging studies and treatment options.
