Not sure: I'm not totally sure what you are asking. Polycystic ovaries and uterine myomas or fibroids are two different things, and one does not cause the other. Polycystic ovaries can effect your ability to get pregnant, but can be treated. Myomas do not usually effect your ability to get pregnant, but can cause complications of pregnancy.
