Rethink everything: No, you will not get zoster (shingles) any time soon. Why are you still taking Valtrex when the treatment for shingles is 1 Gram 3x a day for 7 (SEVEN) DAYS. Are you in pain? Does it interfere with sleep? Cymbalta (duloxetine) will cause fatigue. Gabapentin will make you very sleepy. Lack of sleep will make you feel out of sorts. If you continue to have neuropathic pain (where?), 5% Doxepin cream will stop it.
