See your doctor.: I doubt that your white count is that low (normal is between 5, 000 & 10, 000 in most labs} but if you have been weak and in pain for 3 years, and have shingles on top of that, you need a thorough examination asap. See your doctor.

Dental exam: You will need to work with you doctor and your dentist to find a solution to all of uh our issues. Sounds like there are several thing going on that are too complex to be diagnoses here, but see a dentist since it has been quit a long time and the dentist will confer with the doctor treating you for the other issues. Good luck.
