Many causes: There are many potential causes for these persistent abnormalities. Fatty liver disease, medications, alcohol use, thyroid disease, celiac disease, chronic viral hepatitis, autoimmune disease, and certain genetic abnormalities. I recommend you see a gastroenterologist or hepatologist for further testing.

Many causes: Her liver tests are mildly increased. Could be due to alcohol, medication, viral infection or even early hepatitis or fat in the liver. Her doctor will need to recheck these tests to see if they increase or return to normal with time. The WBCs in her urine could be an early urinary infection, she should see a doctor about this. Good luck!

More info needed: The gamma GT, AST and ALT are liver function tests . The abnormality could have several causes , and your doctor may suggest an abdominal ultrasound and screening tests for hepatitis to help identify the problem. You don't mention what test showed "trace leukocytes with WBC 11-30". Was that a urine test? If so, the finding may indicate infection.
