Prescription: I'm not sure what PBR stands for, but I do have advice for you. You can verify whether someone has a medical license by going online on the state medical board site. Google Verify Texas medical license since you are in Texas. Then you will be able to put in name and any other information you know, and it will tell you. Did you ask the prescriber what credentials they have?
