Incontinence: The urine leakage (incontinence) is unrelated to the neck fusion. If there are new arthritic changes in the neck above or below the fusion that lead to spinal cord compression, urinary retention is possible not incontinence. See the surgeon who installed the mesh to evaluate the urine leakage.
