Injury: Hello, it's possible to injure the penis, especially when it is erect. If it gets forcibly bent while erect, long lasting injury can happen. It should heal with rest, however sometimes the injury can be permanent. See your Doctor or a Urologist to rule out Peyronies' Disease. Good Luck.
