? too long: A long penis can cause discomfort if it strikes the cervix. A wide penis should not cause a problem. Your wife may have apelic problem such as an ovarian cyst, endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease or inflammed bowel. Suggest she consults with a gynecologist.
