Drug side effect: Topamax (topiramate) can cause a condition known as anhydrosis or not sweating. This is a common side effect of the medication. Patients taking this medication should be advised to stay well hydrated. If it all possible you should take a water bottle to work and drink regularly as you make it overheated. Please let your doctor know about the conditions in which you work. This may not be the right drug for prevent headach
