To be expected.: When you suffer from infection, it is not unusual to have tachycardia especially if you have a fever. Do not mistake this for a panic attack which is more dramatic in that you feel like you're having a heart attack, with profuse sweating,dizziness, tachycardia,and difficulty breathing.
