See answer: Lymphoma can present with swollen lymph nodes without symptoms or can be accompanied by fever, sweats and/or weight loss. Fatigue is not uncommon and blood counts can be affected. There are many types of lymphoma, however, and thus to make an accurate diagnosis, a lymph node biopsy should be performed. With appropriate treatment, the symptoms should resolve.
