It's almost being a routine my head, forehead, necks temperature increase while sleeping..! my foots are numbing.. any idea what's going on..!

Numbing: Feeling your head is a poor indicator of increased temperature. The numbing of your feet has nothing to do with your warm head. Your numbing may be a sign of restless leg syndrome for which you should consult a neurologist
