Several possibles: Most likely to be tinea versicolor, a yeast that grows in moist conditions. Generally easily treated with topicals or diet. Stretch marks from rapid growth or hormone changes another possibility. Vitiligo which is a decrease in pigmentation caused by genetic, oxidative or chemical reasons may be a third.
