Fibrocystic breasts: Fibrocystic breast change is extremely common. It is associated with hormonal changes thru the cycle and makes breasts lumpier and more tender just before the period. These changes can be made more severe by caffeine, salt, and some medications. It should get better after your period. If it doesn't, you need to see your doctor.
