A Balanced diet: A balanced diet with lots of nutrients, whole grains, veggies, fruits, and protein from all multiple sources. Limit amount of refined sugar. If you a teenager and are still growing, make sure you are getting enough calories. If not, make sure your calories match your exercise. If you are not already moving, start today and do what you can initially.
