Not normal: Left testicle could be smaller due to varicocele in scrotum (feels like "beg of worms" when standing). Previous surgery to bring down testis or hernia repair, testis torsion before you were born or previous mumps. However sometimes one testis is slightly smaller for no reason or other testis appears larger due to a hydrocele or tumor.
