A member asked:

I currently was on birth control for the past 2 months, but stopped taking it yesterday. is there any side effects that could happen? or any harm?

No harm: No harm stopping birth control pills, but your menses may become less predictable and you will not have contraception without using an alternative method

Birth control: Nothing may happen but you now have a chance of becoming pregnant. You must wait to see when you period will resume. OCP can increase your risk of cancer and stroke. if you developed weight gain, mood swings or hypertension, these should resolve.
