I feel like adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is making my circulation bad, will taking naproxen make the blood thinner and easier to flow?

Adrenalin speeds up the heart, raises blood pressure, dilates the pupils, increases sweating and breathing rates. Amphetamines do the same thing. Many adults are mistakenly diagnosed and prescribed stimulants like Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine), which have many potentially dangerous side effects.
