Yes it can: One of the potential side effects of any stimulant medication, including adderall, (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) is an increase in blood pressure. You should follow up with your physician. This is not a healthy blood pressure or a side effect you want to continue!

1st, double-check: BP readings, both automatic & manual, are notorious for being wrong. Besides operator error, there can be problems with cuff size, placement cuff, tensing of muscles, etc. Make sure reading is right if it truly is, there is likely more to the story than adderall, (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) but stop it as you evaluate further. It doesn't generally raise BP at all, or only a few points, but 145/95 warrants attention.
