Yes: Increase fiber, get adequate water intake. You must develop good bowel hygiene which involves not delaying your bowel movements excessively. You might try adding a bulk former like Psylium products such as Metamucil. There are a number of meds that might help reduce your symptoms as well, Your Suboxone prescriber should be able to help you with this.

Can be: Suboxone can cause constipation - usually however it is minimal. I would suggest high fiber diet - fruits and vegetables - lots of fluids and possibly something like prunes or Metamucil
