Yes: Increase fiber, get adequate water intake. You must develop good bowel hygiene which involves not delaying your bowel movements excessively. Can be: Suboxone can cause constipation - usually however it is minimal. I would suggest high fiber diet - fruits and vegetables - lots of fluids and possibly something like prunes or Metamucil
