Keep monitoring : Your lower number should be closer to 65-80 range, but I suggest to periodically check u'r BP and record u'r numbers to be able to average them out. If u do get lightheaded, fatigue or shortness of breath these are signs that the BP is too low, but u'r top number is great. Show u'r BP numbers when u follow up with u'r doc. Propranolol itself can sometimes cause fatigue too

Need more info.: It's important to assess the underlying cause of ones PVC's. A careful history, physical exam, routine blood tests, chest X-rays, EKG and an echocardiogram would clarify the cause of ones arrhythmia. Then, the appropriate treatment can be confirmed.
