Not too serious : Lax LES means the "door" leading from esophagus to stomach is not as tight as it usulh should be so reflux May occur. Nodulat duodenitis is inflammation of the duodenum-more acid is being produced which has irritated the duodenum. Biopsy should have been done during the procedure and over 90% of these are just nodules, nothing else. U do need to watch the goods u eat and take meds like Prilosec.

Waiting for Biopsy?: nodular duodenitis is an atypical finding that is likely associated with peptic ulcer disease. They are usually found to be normal tissue, but you may get more information once the pathologist has reviewed the biopsy sample. LES laxity means your lower esophageal sphincter is "saggy" and is associated with reflux disease. Not to be concerned but likely more info coming with the nodule biopsy.
