Contact your OBGYN: If you on bed rest due to pregnancy - obviously because of some risk ! Any bleeding , cramping ..etc . Please, consult your OB!!

See your MD: You should contact or see your MD. they might want to check blood levels to see if everything is ok. If you're 4 weeks, an ultrasound wouldn't be helpful yet.
