Depends: Unfortunately this symptom is very non specific and can be caused by many different problems. In your age group the most common reason would be poor sleep patterns. Going to bed from 10-6 is not the same as 2-10 and alcohol interferes with quality of sleep. The good news is that if you have had it for 2 years without progression you have time to have someone do a work-up.
