See orthopedist: You need to be evaluated by an orthopedist as, depending on the size of the underlying lesion, they may need to operate and put in a bone graft.

A UBC or ABC if: you are as stated 32 years old in a finger one should seek out a hand surgeon to discuss this as there are other benign things that can be present. Healing of a lesion in a finger bone depends upon the fracture, if there is any displacement, or need for surgical fixation and what the true cause may be. Please seek out a hand surgeon with experience in these matters
