Chest pain: Chest pain is main symptom. Can get worse with deep breathing or activity too. Fatigue is also present. Sometimes associated general muscle aches and joint pains can occur too as myocarditis usy courts after a viral infection, but could be from bacterial infections too and autoimmune disorders.

Myocarditis: Hi!, in young people it is usually found after a recent viral infection. Patients could have fatigue, shortness of breath, chest pain or pressure, loss of stamina, to name a few.
