You're done.: I generally recommend continuing Imiquimod until all of the warts are healed, (up to a maximum of 16 weeks), so if the warts are gone, you can stop. If any return, or any new ones develop, repeat the treatment.

Ok to stop: Once you are clear , you can stop applying Imiquimod.
