What causes burning numbness and tingling pain in the neck? when my neck is like that i can't handle it. please help

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Several items: If spinal cord is irritated by flexion or extension of neck, this can trigger electrical shock-like sensations due to posterior column of spinal cord reaction. May be seen with B-12 deficiency, Multiple sclerosis, cervical stenosis, etc., and needs to be assessed, as there could be risk to spinal cord integrity. Annoying symptoms, but a warning to heed from your body.
