Yes but read details: you can . Norco has Acetaminophen and Codeine in it. tylenol (acetaminophen) has Acetaminophen either. total maximum dose of Acetaminophen should be less than 2 gm in 24 hrs. I would recommend that you take either tylenol (acetaminophen) or Norco because i dont think the benefit will be additive. Tylenol (acetaminophen) will be for mild pain and Norco for severe pain.

No, the FDA: recently warned about the quantity of Tylenol (acetaminophen) in Vicodin, the manufacturer reduced the amount, most hospitals switched from Vicodin to Norco to reduce Tylenol (acetaminophen). Do not add Tylenol (acetaminophen) to Norco you can damage your liver.
