Not the key: Following a kidney stone that contains calcium, you may be advised to limit / restrict all kinds of things that main contain calcium, phosphate or whatever. This probably has more to do with physicians protecting themselves from possible liability, and this is not the key to preventing stones -- staying very well-hydrated is far more important. Talk with your physician about this.
