Artificial eye: Modern technology has been marvelous at artificial eye fabrication. You ocularist will make one that is a match to the other eye that is practically indistinguishable from it. Nobody but your closest acquaintances will suspect that the eye is not normal.

Eye prosthesis: If the prosthesis is made by an ocularist, most are great in making it to match you normal eye, and they do an excellent job.
