Poly- neuropathy: Paresthesias in a glove like fashion are suggestive of polyneuropathy.The causes can be metabolic, like diabetes mellitus, medications or chronic alcohol ingestion. Vitamin defficencies, liver or renal diseases. It must be investigated by the primary care physician, and make the proper referrals.
