Had chest-pain yesterday. ecg was ok, and the ck-mb test after half hour showed 13(ref. 0-25). if ck-mb should be done after 4 hours, shall i do again?

Yes definitely: Yes. Without question. It can take a number of hours for cardiac enzymes (your CK test) to be abnormal.
