1st hcg was 59 on 5/30(3wks 6 day) @ 2 pm. second hcg was 161 on 6/1(4 weeks 1 day) @ 11 am. very light spotting from 5/29-5/31 gone now. numbers good?

Good: Numbers look good. So, please be patient and get an ultrasound done in 2 weeks. Avoid sex in the mean time. If bleeding returns or pain and cramping start, then see your doctor
