May not be ...: Itching in the penis & anal / peri-anal regions alone is not related with STDs. Instead, such itching is caused by some unclear reasons, recurs with widely variable degree, duration & interval. How to manage it? Unclear, but the following may be tried: avoid topical overly dryness or wetness and apply 05-1 % Hydrocortisone cream lightly to ease (not cure) the symptom. More doubt? See Doc timely.
