Do A Pregnancy Test: It is normal for periods to be delayed after a delivery. If you have had unprotected sex then it will be wise to do a pregnancy test. Hormonal changes are common in the first few menstrual cycles after a birth. They can be associated with dizziness and some cramping. Check blood count to make sure you are not anemic. Good Luck!
