Chest pain: Heart problems are unusual in people your age; unless you were born with a heart defect. Sharp pains are usually not heart pain. There are many muscles between your ribs, that move with breathing. These sometimes have small spasms that can cause sharp pain, usually for less than a minute. If they last longer, see doctor. Also, if pain is burning, in the center, at breast plate, it could be GERD.
