Is it normal for hemagram results to fluctuate a little within the normal range between testing periods?

Yes: There is some variation, even when the same test is done repeatedly on the same blood sample. Physician will be more interested in trends (such as red cell count dropping over time) rather than the occasional spurious result which disappears upon repeat testing .
