Annual: Adolescents should still see their primary care physical once a year for an overall check-up. Adolescence is a time of many changes, physically, emotionally and socially, and it is very important to check in with the MD who knows you well on an annual basis. He and she can monitor your growth, and physical and emotional well-being. There are also often recommended vaccinations during adolescence.
