Does opiate abuse build a tolerance to or negate a methamphetimine high after discontinuing opiate use for an extended period of time?

No: the two work through different receptor systems and I am unaware of any tolerance. However, if you are diagnosed with ADHD and are abusing methamphetamine for the high, you are doing yourself no favors. You don't list drug abuse or chemical dependency under your conditions - perhaps you need to think about that, and get some overdue help. Good luck.
