Ovulation pain: Yes, depending on the size the cyst got before rupturing, a lot of fluid in your abdominal cavity can be very painful. Lying down, the fluid will go under the liver to the diaphragm and you'll feel it in your right shoulder. Moving will spread the fluid and make it absorb faster. See your doctor if the pain persists.
