Started taking fluoxetine 7 days ago and i've had some nasty headaches for 2 days now will they go away mainly at night before sleeping then occur?

SSRI's: SSRIs like Prozac are effective in some patients but not in general. There are other antidepressants with much greater effectiveness and fewer Headaches...ask your doctor for Brintillex or Remeron (mirtazapine) or an herbalist for an alternative.
