Herpes: Nos is just a term we use that means non specific or not otherwise specified. You could describe the disease more and then it would be more specific. For example, herpes labialis ( herpes lesion lip) or herpes whitlow( herpes lesion on the finger) etc. it doesn't mean any mor than that. Ask the doctor to explain better.
