Can't imagine: and suspect that it wasn't related to the drink. Sounds like some kind of cervical strain, or a bulging disk in the neck which is impinging on some nerves. I cannot think of anything that alcohol, particularly a single drink, could do to cause these symptoms. I would see your health care provider and give them the history.
